Standing Circle
Standing Circle is a Melbourne-based ensemble led by Lorenzo Larry Crestani (guitar, kraartar, vocals), known for his work with Black Jesus Experience. The group blends traditional world music, funk, and jazz into original compositions that shift and evolve with each performance.
Their self-titled debut album releases September 18th. Recorded live at The Grove and mixed/mastered by Nick Herrera, it features Sam Young (drums/percussion), Richard Rose (electric bass), Kahan Harper (percussion), Gontse Makhene (congas), and Hue Blanes (Fender Rhodes/synth).
